Vendix AI Private Limited is the company behind Vendix. We are a small, deliberate engineering team based in Sri Lanka, building software for industries that the global SaaS ecosystem treats as an afterthought - FMCG distribution, pharma sales, and the complicated operational reality of both.
Most SFA tools were built for a world that no longer exists.
We spent more than a decade implementing legacy SFA software for distributors and pharma companies in South Asia. The patterns repeated: gorgeous architecture diagrams from a 2012 brochure, an Android app that needed network for every screen, a reporting layer that ran the night before, and a dashboard that didn't reflect what the rep actually did at lunchtime.
Meanwhile the world changed. Reps now expect the same UX as their messaging app. Tenants now expect their software to absorb a customer change request in a week, not six months. AI now reduces the cost of natural-language interfaces to almost zero - and yet most SFA tools still ship a search box.
Vendix is the response. Offline-first, AI-first, and architected so that the bespoke requirements every customer brings become rows in a table - not branches in source control.

Built by someone who's lived inside the problem.
Erandika is the founder, lead architect, and principal author of every line of Vendix. He has spent his career working at the intersection of distribution operations and software - from the warehouse floor to the architecture board - and built Vendix specifically to close the gap between what an SFA platform should do and what most of them actually do.
Every architectural choice in Vendix - the three-database-per-tenant split, the offline-first Android stack, the AI chatbot wired into Mediator commands, the Pipeline Engine that absorbs CRs without forks - comes from a real conversation with a real customer who had been let down by a previous tool.

Tested before written-up
Hundreds of unit + integration tests cover every shipped module - domain logic, validators, handlers, infrastructure. We don't mark a feature done if its tests aren't green.
Released in small slices
New work lands in 1-2 day increments and ships behind a per-tenant flag where appropriate. No quarterly mega-releases. No surprise breaking changes.
Documented as we go
Every release updates the user manuals, the architecture docs, and the OpenAPI spec. New code carries XML doc comments and inline rationale - no stale code, no stale docs.
